This design features a beautifully hand-folded origami heart with a little pocket holding one or two cats of your choice.

Choose from eight different cat designs (lettered A to H), ranging from playful tabby to elegant black cat, and simply add the letter(s) corresponding to your chosen cat(s) in the box provided. You can have either one cat or two cats tucked sweetly inside the heart pocket.

The front of the card can be finished with the words “Happy Birthday” as shown, or personalised with your own message to make it extra special. An optional printed message inside can also be added.
